What file formats are supported?
Email us your Optiweigh exports (CSV and the usual export formats) and we load them into your warehouse.
Can I schedule reports to send automatically?
Yes. Save any report or dashboard and have it sent on a schedule, so your weight results land in your inbox automatically.
Is there a file size limit?
Typical Optiweigh exports are well within our limits. If you have unusually large files, we can work with you to bring them in.
What happens when I email a new export?
We load it into your own managed warehouse alongside everything else, so each new set of weights is ready to query as soon as it arrives.
Are column types preserved?
Yes. We detect and preserve column types when loading your exports, so weights, dates and IDs come through as the right type.
Where is my data stored?
In a dedicated database stored in Australia that only your operation can access, protected with enterprise-grade encryption.
Do I need to be technical to use Silo?
