Airtable is where your team tracks the work: projects, clients, content and everything in between. Turning those bases into reporting usually means exports, copied views and formulas that drift out of date.
Silo syncs every table in the bases you choose, keeps linked records connected and reads each field with its current name and type. Ask how work is progressing, where it is stuck and how it compares with the rest of your data.
One row per record in every table of the bases you select, with a typed column for each field. Formula and rollup fields keep Airtable's computed results. Deleted records and cleared cells disappear on the next refresh.
The current names, descriptions and types of your bases, tables and fields, so reports follow your Airtable structure as it changes.
One row per linked-record reference, preserving the order Airtable returns, so related records in different tables can be joined.
Comments, replies, authors, mentions and reactions, included when Airtable grants comment access. Attachment links expire and files are not downloaded.
Connect Airtable once and Silo handles the rest, from sync to dashboards.
Securely connect Airtable and Silo syncs your records into your own managed warehouse, automatically.
Ask Aggie questions about the operation the way you'd ask a colleague: no formulas, no SQL, no spreadsheets.
Get back charts and reports you can save, share and revisit as your data keeps syncing in the background.
Work in progress: Count records by status, owner or any single-select field, and compare how long work takes using your own date fields. Silo syncs current values, not revision history. Linked-record rollups: Group projects by client, tasks by project or bookings by venue by following linked records between tables.
Use an Airtable account with access to the bases you want to report on. 1. Open Apps in Silo and add Airtable. 2. Sign in to Airtable and grant access to the bases you want to analyse. Read access is enough. 3. Select the bases to sync. All their tables are included, plus record comments when Airtable grants comment access. 4. Add context about your data and start the sync. Reconnect Airtable if the authorising user loses access or the connection expires after a long period of inactivity.
The bases you select during setup. Every table in those bases is included, and new tables and fields are picked up on the next refresh.
Every six hours by default. Each refresh reads every record in your selected bases. Contact us if you need a different schedule.
Yes. Free workspaces allow 1,000 API calls a month and Team workspaces 100,000. Records are read in pages of up to 100, and schema and comment requests also count. Other integrations share the same allowance, so a large base may need a less frequent schedule.
No. Silo syncs the current state of each record. Deleted records and cleared cells disappear on the next refresh.
No. Silo only needs read access to your bases. It does not write to Airtable or add webhooks.
